Who would ever thought that ham would be great for muffins or cupcakes…? Well I guess yes if it looks tasty and yummy like this…

Nice isn’t it…? I used to think that cupcakes and muffins are meant to be sweet with some chocolates sprinkles, marshmallows, candies on top, with some fruit or berries of course but wrapped in ham? Well, this is something very unusual and extraordinary.

This cupcake is called “Honey Baked Ham Cupcake”. A honey cake is baked inside a piece of ham. The ham adds a salty flavor to each bite, which gives a nice sweet and salty effect. It’s topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and a candied pineapple on the top.

I think this will be a perfect treat for the holiday season. Everybody will surely love it.

Phi - Phi Island ^.^

Hello guys! its exactly 09:00 am here now at Phi - Phi Island.

Has anyone of you been in a place where you feel that your not in Asia but the truth is you are? Or dreaming about it?

Well if you are! you have to check Phi -Phi Island! Located at Thailand about less than two hours by ferry from Phuket.  The island is magnificent! great view, nice accommodation and friendly people.

This is where Leonardo Di Caprio did the film “The Beach”.

First day of arriving at phuket, i was exhausted. Well not just me but also my friend who is with me. Our flight from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia was at 07:45 am so we had to be at the airport at about 4 something am. The flight duration from Malaysia to Phuket was less than hour.

Arriving at the airport we were greeted by a taxi driver who brought us into the pier where the ferry was waiting. The ferry cost us about 1000 baht but were not sure if that is the real price because cheking at a hotel here at Phi -Phi island it only cost 300 baht per person. But its okay because they waited for us. So we to travel about 2 hours from Phuket (the city) to phi - phi island. It was a dizzy ride because now here at phi - phi island a local people told us that this month is rainy season! so we all know that the rainy season also brought strong wind, and strong wind on the sea means wavy water, so there was a little bit of dizziness going on the ferry.

Hence, the place is really nice. Its not like other island where you cant find anything or out of civilization. Here at Phi - Phi island you can almost find anything. From books to trendy fashion clothes. And here you will feel that you are in a European country because major visitors here are all caucasian and some stalls, shops and restaurant here are run by caucasian.

So if you are thinking on where you can spend your holiday, I strongly recommend Phi - Phi Island.
